- Interpret the needed IT solution and pinpoint any gaps or ambiguities in technical requirements.
- Develop or oversee the creation of technical proposals, product specifications, compliance statements, and supplementary documentation.
- Respond to straightforward technical inquiries and route complex ones to the appropriate technical staff or vendors.
- Verify that proposed IT solutions fully align with customer needs prior to finalizing submissions.
- Generate customer quotes using supplier pricing data and internal cost inputs.
- Structure and present commercial proposals in a clear, professional format.
- Review pricing, product models, quantities, contractual terms, and delivery timelines before forwarding to sales teams.
- Recommend alternative products or configurations when requested items are unavailable or inappropriate.
- Monitor and manage deadlines for RFQs and tender responses.
- Build submission checklists that include technical documents, commercial offers, company credentials, forms, guarantees, and required attachments.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, engineering, vendors, financial institutions, insurers, and third parties to gather outstanding information.
- Confirm all required documents are complete and submitted before deadline.
- Maintain and update opportunity records in CRM or Odoo systems, including stage, value, due date, tags, notes, and files.
- Link proposals, quotes, datasheets, and submission materials to the correct sales opportunity.
- Ensure CRM data remains accurate and current for leadership reporting and visibility.
