Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer objectives and technical requirements
- Design and deliver customized product demonstrations focused on AI automation workflows
- Translate business challenges into technical proof-of-concept implementations
- Respond to technical inquiries during the sales cycle with accurate and scalable solutions
- Work alongside product specialists to showcase agentic AI behaviors in automation
- Support the creation of solution architectures for enterprise deployment scenarios
- Present technical value propositions during customer meetings and executive briefings
- Assist in scoping automation opportunities using discovery workshops
- Develop technical responses for RFPs and procurement evaluations
- Stay current on advancements in AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation
- Articulate differentiation between standard automation and agentic decision-making models
- Troubleshoot demonstration environments and pre-deployment configurations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests
- Guide clients through technical validation phases including pilots and proofs of concept
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive automation platforms
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and scalability standards in proposed designs
- Use data-driven insights to strengthen solution positioning
- Document technical requirements and solution mappings for each opportunity
- Support training delivery for customers during post-sale handoff
- Act as a trusted advisor on automation best practices and AI integration
