About the Role

This role focuses on building and delivering enablement programs that enhance the effectiveness of pre-sales teams. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, develop scalable content, and implement learning solutions that align with sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy onboarding programs for new pre-sales team members
  • Develop training materials tailored to different stages of the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate technical features into client-facing messaging
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions to global sales teams
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of sales enablement assets
  • Track and report on training completion and effectiveness metrics
  • Identify skill gaps through feedback and performance data
  • Create on-demand learning modules for just-in-time support
  • Support the rollout of new sales tools and platforms
  • Partner with marketing to align messaging across touchpoints
  • Standardize best practices for discovery calls and solution demonstrations
  • Facilitate workshops to improve sales team readiness
  • Gather input from field teams to refine enablement content
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and usage guidelines
  • Manage version control for sales collateral
  • Coordinate with regional leads to adapt content for local markets
  • Monitor changes in product offerings and update training accordingly
  • Use learning management systems to distribute content
  • Evaluate new technologies that enhance training delivery
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within sales teams
