Responsibilities
- Design and deploy onboarding programs for new pre-sales team members
- Develop training materials tailored to different stages of the sales cycle
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical features into client-facing messaging
- Deliver live and virtual training sessions to global sales teams
- Maintain an up-to-date library of sales enablement assets
- Track and report on training completion and effectiveness metrics
- Identify skill gaps through feedback and performance data
- Create on-demand learning modules for just-in-time support
- Support the rollout of new sales tools and platforms
- Partner with marketing to align messaging across touchpoints
- Standardize best practices for discovery calls and solution demonstrations
- Facilitate workshops to improve sales team readiness
- Gather input from field teams to refine enablement content
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and usage guidelines
- Manage version control for sales collateral
- Coordinate with regional leads to adapt content for local markets
- Monitor changes in product offerings and update training accordingly
