In addition to operational leadership, you will support recruitment and onboarding efforts to help build strong, high‑performing teams. As the central point of coordination for clinic operations, staff support, workflow optimization, and compliance, you will ensure each clinic functions at its highest potential. - Oversee daily operations across all clinic locations, ensuring standardized workflows, efficient patient flow, and consistent service quality. - Advise clinic managers, leads, and administrative staff across locations. - Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes. - Ensure accurate billing practices, charge capture, and documentation workflows. - Coordinate facility needs, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships across clinics. - Ensure all clinics adhere to regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, state regulations).
