Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide in-person clinical rotations at healthcare partner sites in the Toledo/Maumee region on Fridays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Deliver course material effectively, respond to student inquiries, and offer prompt, constructive feedback.
- Create an encouraging and inclusive educational atmosphere for all learners.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to maintain smooth program operations and enhance student outcomes.
- Support various instructional, administrative, and program tasks as required.
- Act as a recognized expert in practical nursing education practices.
- Teach in skills labs, virtual classrooms, and manage clinical rotation oversight.
