Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 3-5 PPC consultants in their daily roles, ensuring that they are productive and following internal processes correctly.
- Hold weekly 1-on-1s meetings with team members.
- Work closely with the Head of PPC reporting the status and plan for the activity.
- Work with different internal departments to ensure delivery of materials and new brands.
- Launch new brand activities.
- Plan budget spend.
Requirements
- Management experience (min 2 years).
- 2+ Years of PPC/SEM experience.
- Google Ads, Apple, Microsoft Advertising experience.
- Understanding of techniques to improve paid campaigns and drive ROI.
- Great analytical skills, able to identify trends and act on it.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- A strong desire to learn and lead.
- Excel savvy.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure on a high pace environment.
Nice to Have
- Agency or similar experience preferred.
Team
Structure: Team of 3-5 PPC consultants reporting to the PPC/SEM Team Lead.
Additional Information
- Candidates must be currently based in, or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
- The role involves working in a high-paced environment.
- Weekly 1-on-1 meetings with team members are part of the responsibilities.
