Global Head of Source to PayThis leadership role is responsible for overseeing the complete Source to Pay lifecycle across a global organization, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment. You will define the long-term vision for S2P processes, aligning with enterprise finance and procurement goals while leading transformation initiatives across systems and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and execute a global strategy for Source to Pay, ensuring integration with financial governance, procurement, and digital roadmaps
- Act as the Global Process Owner, accountable for performance, control frameworks, and adherence to internal compliance standards
- Lead digital transformation efforts, including the deployment and optimization of S/4HANA within the financial ecosystem
- Manage global Accounts Payable operations, overseeing a team of approximately 60 professionals across Manchester and Costa Rica
- Drive process standardization and automation to improve accuracy, reduce cycle times, and lower operational costs
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality, timeliness, and efficiency across all S2P functions
- Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Treasury, Accounting, IT, and Tax to ensure seamless end-to-end processes
- Develop and mentor high-performing teams, promoting accountability, continuous learning, and operational discipline
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Proven leadership in global finance operations, shared services, or controlling functions
- Deep familiarity with SAP environments, particularly S/4HANA and associated ERP platforms
- Track record in designing and implementing process improvements, automation, and change initiatives in multinational settings
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders across functions
- Ability to lead distributed teams and deliver measurable improvements in performance and compliance
Preferred Background
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or MBA
- Prior experience with a Big 4 consulting firm in a finance transformation or operations role

Work Environment
