Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational tasks in multiple European power markets
- Carry out and support spot market execution, including bid preparation when required
- Collaborate with short-term trading and internal scheduling units to maintain smooth operations across regions
- Support cross-border operational workflows and market-specific procedures
- Work closely with finance, billing, legal, compliance, and back-office departments on operational issues
- Support processes related to collateral management and subsequent follow-up actions
- Help monitor service level agreements, report on operational metrics, manage issues, and escalate process concerns
- Keep operational documentation updated and contribute to standardizing procedures
- Aid in integrating new markets, processes, and operational initiatives
- Participate in testing, deploying, and stabilizing changes to operational and IT systems as needed
- Provide backup and cross-coverage for operations across various markets and functions
