Job Description
Support daily power operations activities across multiple European markets
Execute and support spot market activities, including bidding support where applicable
Coordinate closely with short-term traders and internal scheduling teams to ensure operational continuity across markets
Support cross-border operational processes and market-related workflows
Actively cooperate with finance, invoicing, legal, compliance, and back-office teams on operational matters
Support collateral management-related operational activities and follow-up processes
Assist with SLA tracking, reporting topics, operational issue management, and process escalations
Maintain operational documentation and support process standardization efforts
Support onboarding of new operational processes, markets, and business activities
Participate in testing, implementation, and stabilization of operational and IT-related changes when needed
Provide operational backup and support coverage across different markets and processes
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in a similar role in power operations, scheduling, balancing, trading support, or similar energy market roles
Understanding of European power market processes and operational environments; cross-border or multi-market experience is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure, adapt to change, and investigate complex issues independently
Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or another relevant analytical field
Advanced Excel skills, basic coding skills in VBA (SQL or Python is a plus)
Experience with operational systems/ETRM platforms (especially Endur) is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English (any CEE language is a plus)
