Stryker Corporation is hiring a Power Apps Developer to lead our digital transformation efforts. In this remote role, you will design and deploy low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, turning complex manual processes into scalable, automated applications that drive business innovation.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of low-code digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to transform manual processes into scalable, user-friendly applications.
- Gather requirements and build solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Manage data integration, conduct user acceptance testing, and support app maintenance and training.
- Develop a comprehensive architecture strategy and roadmap to ensure scalability and performance.
- Design and implement efficient models, integration pipelines, and data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to understand data needs and recommend digital solutions.
- Define and enforce digital governance practices, quality standards, and security measures.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of digital solutions.
- Monitor digital systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience architecting and building business solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with cloud platforms and architecting solutions in a cloud environment.
- Experience creating, automating, and maintaining business-related systems.
- Experience developing digital business systems and processes.
- Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies and experience in cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Azure services, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of master data management and data governance practices.
- Exposure to AI integration in low-code solutions.
- Background in business process improvement or Lean.
- Knowledge of design thinking.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $100,500.00 - $215,300.00 plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
