Tasks - Providing excellent customer service in accordance with company standards; - Consulting customers on shipping services and available solutions; - Receiving, processing, sorting, scanning, and handing over shipments; - Checking parcels, packaging, labeling, weight, and dimensions; - Creating and processing waybills and shipment documentation in the system; - Entering and updating shipment information in internal systems; - Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data accuracy. Requirements - German language proficiency at B1 level or higher; - Fluency in Ukrainian language; - Basic computer skills; - Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude; - Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
