Your work will contribute significantly to our understanding of human disease and result in high-quality publications.
What You'll Do
- Initiate and lead independent research projects to investigate the mechanism of action of bispecific T-cell engagers on immune cell dynamics and disease efficacy in preclinical autoimmunity models.
- Spearhead discovery efforts to identify novel therapeutic targets and determine the role of cell-cell interactions in regulating disease pathogenesis.
- Design, conduct, and analyze in vitro and in vivo experiments to drive research towards publication in a top-tier journal.
What We're Looking For
- A Ph.D. in immunology, molecular biology, neuroscience, virology, or a related field.
- At least one first author paper published or accepted in a peer-reviewed journal.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills combined with strong organizational abilities.
Nice to Have
- A strong background and hands-on experience in molecular and/or cellular immunology, inflammatory diseases, or immune modulation strategies.
- Experience with mouse pre-clinical models of disease, including mouse handling, immunizations, in-life procedures, and tissue harvesting.
- Proficiency in wet lab immunology techniques, including in-vitro cell based functional assays, transfection/transduction, multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA, Luminex/MSD assays, and primary immune cell culture.
- Expertise in molecular biology, microscopy, CRISPR/Cas9, and omics-based approaches.
