In this role, you’ll perform a full range of plumbing tasks including system repairs, water heater installations, and water treatment solutions, ensuring every job meets strict technical and safety standards. You'll work directly with homeowners to diagnose issues, recommend effective solutions, and deliver reliable service that builds trust and long-term satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out residential plumbing installations, upgrades, and emergency repairs with accuracy and efficiency
- Install and service propane-powered appliances and related connections
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to plan and execute work correctly
- Communicate clearly with customers to guide decisions and ensure confidence in recommended services
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to reflect company standards and earn customer referrals
- Keep service vehicles stocked, clean, and organized with proper inventory levels
- Complete service documentation promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to uphold safe, orderly work environments and support ongoing training initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Master or Journeyman Plumber license
- Proven experience with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and plumbing code compliance
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through on every assignment
- Reliable driving record and ability to operate company vehicles safely
- Positive attitude, initiative, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to professionalism, safety, and continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Propane appliance certification
- EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification (preferred but not required)

Compensation
Hourly pay ranges from $38.00 to $48.00, with additional earning potential through bonuses, commission, and a signing bonus. Performance reviews are conducted annually to support career advancement.
Work Locations
This is a local position with service areas including Augusta, Dover-Foxcroft, Edgecomb, Ellsworth, Presque Isle, Scarborough, and Windham, ME. Work hours are full-time, with no requirement for overtime.
