Requirements
- Completed university education or hold an equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Portuguese at C1 level or higher
- Competent in using computer systems
- Skilled in navigating internet-based applications
- Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute with 80% accuracy
- Strong verbal and written expression abilities
- Capable of addressing and managing customer concerns
- Able to resolve issues efficiently within tight timeframes
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules and environments
Nice to Have
- Candidates who left college after at least one year, including high school graduates or university dropouts
- Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous
