Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Portfolio Manager to drive the success of key product lines and software solutions, including hydraulic pumps and motors. You will be the driving force behind global product strategy while ensuring flawless execution in the market, acting as the critical link between strategy and regional success.

What You'll Do

Own the global product strategy for assigned product lines & software, creating the roadmap and business cases that drive innovation and long-term growth.
Champion new product development, from gathering customer insights and defining requirements to leading cross-functional teams to successfully launch new solutions.
Act as the crucial ‘voice of the region,’ ensuring local market needs and competitive insights directly inform our global portfolio strategy.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, making strategic decisions on pricing, product mix, and end-of-life to maximize profitability and market success.
Partner with local sales and business development teams to drive regional initiatives, including new product launches, promotions, and training.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
Several years of experience in product development, marketing, or sales.
A strategic and customer-focused mindset, with proven experience leading global or cross-functional teams and communicating complex ideas effectively.
Fluent English skills.
Ability to travel up to 20% internationally.

Nice to Have

Great technical acumen with a solid understanding of hydraulic, electric/electronic, or mechanical systems and their applications.
German or Danish skills are a plus.
