About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Port Operations Administrative to support the Group's cruise operations activities. This role combines operational administration, financial control, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring the accurate processing of operational and financial information while supporting the efficient execution of port-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and financial support to the Group's cruise port operations, ensuring the accurate recording and processing of operational transactions.
Review, verify, and process supplier and service provider invoices in accordance with internal procedures and contractual agreements.
Verification and cross-checking of submitted line items to ensure their alignment with the operational practices reported by ship management. Ensuring that all services charged are consistent with previous port calls and aligned with expected budgetary provisions.
Ensure the timely and accurate allocation of costs and supporting documentation within the company's financial systems.
Maintain and control operational and financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
Support month-end closing activities by coordinating with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams.
Perform reconciliations and validation of financial and operational data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist in the preparation of management reports, operational performance data, and financial analysis.
Monitor deadlines and ensure the timely completion of administrative and financial processes.
Liaise with suppliers, port agents, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational and financial queries.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes.
