Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to support an online marketplace. You will be the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, providing assistance to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. This role allows you to work remotely from anywhere in Greece.

What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries about online orders, product details, and marketplace policies through phone, email, and chat in Polish.
Assist customers with account issues, payment inquiries, and order tracking.
Resolve customer complaints and escalations with a focus on providing excellent service.
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with logistics and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on marketplace offers, products, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
