Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to support an online marketplace. You will be the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, providing assistance to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. This role allows you to work remotely from anywhere in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries about online orders, product details, and marketplace policies through phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Assist customers with account issues, payment inquiries, and order tracking.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on marketplace offers, products, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
