Role Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, clear interpretation during live phone conversations across multiple sectors

- Work a consistent 9-hour shift, including a one-hour break, during nighttime hours
- Remain available for weekend and public holiday rotations as scheduled
- Maintain a reliable, secure home workspace for uninterrupted service
