Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers speaking German or Polish, handling service inquiries through phone, email, and additional communication platforms.
- Schedule and manage service appointments while coordinating with technical staff to ensure on-time repairs and maintenance.
- Examine customer concerns and resolve complaints efficiently, aiming for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all customer communications, service requests, and resolutions in internal databases.
- Use native-level proficiency in German, Polish, and English to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Follow a rotating shift pattern, including weekend and evening hours, to deliver continuous customer support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and technical departments to ensure a unified customer journey.
- Spot opportunities to enhance workflows and support the creation of improved procedures in customer service operations.
