CROSS BORDER TALENTS is hiring a Polish Customer Support Representative | Athens Greece

Responsibilities

  • Answer and document customer questions submitted via toll-free phone lines
  • Enter consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback accurately into the customer service database
  • Handle and log client complaints according to the company's escalation procedures
  • Resolve all support calls and, where applicable, emails within agreed service level agreements and ensure proper documentation
  • Diagnose and resolve issues using open-ended questioning, reference materials, and system knowledge
  • Suggest solutions for recurring issues or commonly asked questions
