Responsibilities
- Answer and document customer questions submitted via toll-free phone lines
- Enter consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback accurately into the customer service database
- Handle and log client complaints according to the company's escalation procedures
- Resolve all support calls and, where applicable, emails within agreed service level agreements and ensure proper documentation
- Diagnose and resolve issues using open-ended questioning, reference materials, and system knowledge
- Suggest solutions for recurring issues or commonly asked questions
