Responsibilities
- Ensure coverage of necessary POS tools to drive Iberia business development.
- Assist in delivering fully integrated commercial shopper plans for brand customers.
- Manage the brand’s POS shopper budget and warehousing.
- Provide timely and specific input to the central POS team regarding material and tools needed per channel and country.
- Oversee the design, development, execution, and post-evaluation of POS activities.
Requirements
- A university degree in business administration/economics/marketing.
- FMCG experience and a solid grasp of total P&L and financial acumen, along with exposure to Trade Marketing or Field Sales departments.
- The ability to influence across organizational boundaries, and partner effectively across teams.
- The ability to take ownership and risks, be courageous, resolutive, with a high drive for results
- Proficiency to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
