NTT DATA is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to understand IoT data requirements and translate them into actionable specifications. What You'll Do
- Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to understand IoT data requirements.
- Document current-state data flows.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain source-to-target mappings (STMs) and data dictionaries for key subject areas.
- Support prioritization of scope and features based on business value and technical dependencies.
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional squads (onshore/offshore).
- Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Backlog refinement, Sprint reviews.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working closely with business stakeholders and product owners to define requirements.
- Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience documenting data flows, creating source-to-target mappings, and maintaining data dictionaries.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating all core Agile ceremonies for a development team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Work Mode
This position follows a local-country work mode. Candidates can be based remotely anywhere in India, with Karnātaka (IN-KA) as a specified location.
