Role Overview
In this position, you will serve as the functional authority for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE initiatives, working closely with clients and internal teams to shape successful project outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to understand business workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and translate real-world needs into actionable technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main functional contact for clients and project teams throughout the lifecycle of D365 CRM/CE implementations
- Assess current and future-state business processes using BPMN 2.0 modeling techniques
- Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative workshops
- Document and refine functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness
- Perform gap analysis to evaluate client-specific needs against standard platform capabilities
- Develop, organize, and prioritize user stories in alignment with development workflows
- Design test strategies and execute validation plans, including user acceptance testing
- Deliver training programs and produce clear, accessible user documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Strong interpersonal abilities with proven success in client-facing roles
- High level of organization, precision, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to both agile and waterfall project methodologies
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications
Technology Environment
You'll work primarily with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, BPMN 2.0 for process modeling, and the Power Platform suite to extend and enhance solutions.
