Sopra Steria is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join the Digital Expertise Center (CED). As a senior consultant, you will be pivotal in shaping IT and digital transformation strategies for our major clients, responsible for designing IT architecture, governance, and strategic alignment within complex environments.
What You'll Do
- Design the target architecture for IT investment programs, focusing on the triad of Business Processes, IT Capabilities, and Data.
- Take responsibility for the Information System across multiple dimensions: urbanization, functional, application, data, interoperability, and solution selection.
- Communicate key principles and strategic IT directions to program stakeholders and the IT department.
- Support implementation teams on architectural aspects, including compliance and cross-functional coherence reviews.
- Assess unforeseen events (new needs, challenges) in terms of feasibility and impact on the target architecture and schedule.
- Govern the IT system by defining and managing the IT department's architectural framework: ambitions, objectives, service offerings, standards, tools, land-use planning, IT asset management, and IT strategies.
- Facilitate, engage, and align various stakeholders with strong oral communication skills.
- Master the art of compromise.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate from an engineering school, or have a dual Commerce-Engineering degree, University MIAGE, and hold a Master 2.
- At least 3 years of experience as an urban planner or enterprise architect in complex and varied environments.
- Proven experience in selling complex consulting assignments and scoping large-scale IT programs.
- Mastery of IT architecture and design standards (TOGAF, Archimate, BPM, SOA/API).
- Experience with new IT design approaches (Domain Driven Design, microservices, event-driven architecture, Cloud) and agile implementation (SAFe, Scrum).
- Ability to step back and define an IT strategy adapted to client sector constraints, producing high-quality deliverables.

You will join the Digital Expertise Center (CED) with 160 consultants, directors, and partners, part of Sopra Steria NEXT, our digital transformation consulting brand. You will report to the Functional Architecture team and work transversally within mixed setups.
