UTR Sports is hiring a part-time, locally based PlayMore Flex League Representative to grow competitive tennis and pickleball participation in your community. This contract role focuses on managing, recruiting, and operating PlayMore Leagues locally. You will partner with a fast-growing tech startup with a mission to revolutionize racquet sports.
What You'll Do
- Locate and reserve tennis and/or pickleball courts to host leagues.
- Determine the league schedule.
- Conduct personal outreach via email, call, and text to recruit players.
- Promote upcoming sessions to members, players, and coaches.
- Include UTR Sports PlayMore Leagues in your newsletters and social media channels.
- Host meetings with local clubs, facilities, pro shops, and key coaches to promote leagues.
- Drive real-life awareness using on-site flyers, banners, and net signs.
- Distribute provided UTR Sports collateral, signage, and business cards.

- Proficiency in digital and social marketing on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Demonstrated ability to convince, sell, recruit, and network within your local tennis or pickleball community.
- Ability to document client feedback and communicate it to the UTR Sports team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Perfect follow-through, extreme ownership, and high responsiveness.
- Professionalism, integrity, honesty, and the ability to confidently represent UTR Sports.

- An undergraduate college degree or appropriate 2+ years of professional experience.
