Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of the daily transport schedule by ensuring team leaders fulfill their assigned responsibilities.
- Conduct daily review of profit and loss metrics for each planning board within the team.
- Continuously track and assess data on empty vehicle movements.
- Monitor the ISOTRAK group analysis dashboard for the team’s assigned resources.
- Review national fleet status boards to track jobs that are booked, planned, and completed.
- Coordinate with team leaders to verify completeness of GTS data and recommend corrective steps if gaps exist.
- Collect and consolidate information on pending tasks in designated traffic zones and report current status during conference calls.
- Support team leaders in resolving outstanding work across all traffic areas as needed.
- Engage with transport managers through conference calls to track DOT compliance and address operational issues with corrective measures.
- Communicate key updates from UK transport meetings to planning teams.
- Collaborate with team leaders on reporting for WTD, time lapse, and restricted parking matters.
- Evaluate WTD data for the team’s workforce, discuss excessive hours with individual planners, and notify operations of planned actions per COP 109.
- Maintain the agency and casual staff tracker with accurate shift usage records.
- Manage team leave, absences, and holiday schedules.
- Ensure timely dissemination of critical updates via intranet and physical notice boards.
- Facilitate training delivery for planners and team leaders, including onboarding, refresher courses, and system-specific programs.
- Strengthen team performance and development through regular appraisals and one-on-one meetings.

£38,950 per annum
