Analyze, optimize, and communicate pipeline performance in a high-growth SaaS environment. As the Pipeline Programs Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of data and strategy, delivering insights that directly influence revenue outcomes. Your analysis will inform how sales programs are structured, measured, and improved over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate pipeline health and forecast coverage to support achievement of global sales goals.
- Develop targeted account lists using predictive modeling, and assess the impact of sales campaigns after execution.
- Deliver on-demand insights to sales and program leaders, helping them interpret performance trends by region and segment.
- Maintain ownership of Salesforce dashboards, ensuring reliable, up-to-date data is available across teams.
- Create executive summaries and quarterly business reviews that translate metrics into meaningful narratives.
- Promote core cultural values—customer focus, long-term thinking, inclusivity, and teamwork—across evolving global teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in sales or revenue operations, or business analysis within a SaaS organization.
- Advanced skills in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation required.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Familiarity with the full customer lifecycle from lead generation through renewal, including pipeline coverage and development processes.
- Demonstrated ability to turn data into clear, strategic presentations for leadership audiences.
- Experience segmenting accounts and building predictive models, such as propensity-to-buy scoring.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Codex is strongly preferred.
