Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between production teams and pipeline operations, including VFX supervisors, CG supervisors, and production staff.
- Manage meetings by preparing agendas, confirming attendance, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Help develop key documentation such as show summaries, project plans, and technical solution records.
- Collect and distribute high-level schedule information and key project milestones.
- Gather and share team-level scheduling details across departments.
- Compile and distribute show status updates, flagging and escalating critical issues when needed.
- Serve as a first point of contact for urgent show-related requests.
- Monitor support ticket queues to identify potential escalations, assist with cleanup, and support validation and communication of support criteria.
- Maintain project timelines and oversee ticket management using JIRA.
- Review and approve timesheets submitted by project team members.
- Independently manage recurring tasks and ensure timely completion of deadlines.
- Collaborate with accountable managers to support scheduling of project-related activities.
