Weekday is hiring a Physics Labeling Expert to join a high-impact AI research initiative in collaboration with a leading AI lab. You will use your subject-matter expertise to evaluate and enhance AI performance in complex scientific domains.
What You'll Do
- Assess the scientific accuracy, conceptual rigor, and depth of AI-generated responses across various physics and engineering topics.
- Review outputs involving mathematical modeling, experimental methodologies, and theoretical frameworks.
- Identify factual errors, logical inconsistencies, and conceptual misunderstandings in AI-generated content.
- Benchmark model performance on advanced physics and applied engineering problems.
- Work independently and asynchronously using specialized evaluation tools.
What We're Looking For
- PhD (candidate or recipient) or Master’s degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong foundation in graduate-level physics and mathematical reasoning.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
