Vituity is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience to play a critical role in improving lives. You will provide care as part of an integrated model, cross-credentialed at both Nestor Community Health Center and Imperial Beach Health Center Urgent Cares in San Diego, CA.
What You'll Do
- Provide Urgent Care services as part of an integrated care model.
- Work within the urgent care to provide patients with episodic care.
What We're Looking For
- Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience.
- Current national certification.
- Current DEA, BLS, and ACLS certification.
Nice to Have
- Current CA state license.
