Responsibilities
- Support licensed therapists in administering patient care and guided exercise programs
- Set up and organize treatment spaces and ensure therapy tools are ready for use
- Administer heat and cold applications as directed by supervising therapists
- Greet patients and assist them through the check-in and appointment流程
- Coordinate and oversee patient scheduling and appointment logistics
- Keep the clinic space tidy, orderly, and compliant with safety standards
- Perform entry-level office duties such as answering calls and managing patient records
- Observe patient performance and communicate updates to therapists
- Ensure therapy equipment is correctly prepared before and after sessions
- Help patients with movement and prescribed exercise activities under supervision
