We founded Carolina Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in 2006 as a locally owned PT practice. Our mission has always been to provide the highest level of care with the respect, kindness, and attention a patient deserves. We are dedicated to serving the people in our communities through individual treatments that are unique to each patient’s condition.
