- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions
- Coach patients through exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading
- Use manual therapy when it meaningfully improves outcomes
- Make clinical decisions—not just follow protocols
- Document efficiently during the workday (no take-home notes)
