MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Department of Rehabilitation Services. In this inpatient role, you will provide direct professional physical therapy services to oncology patients, focusing on optimizing physical abilities and quality of life for people affected by cancer and its treatments.
What You'll Do
- Conduct patient consultation, evaluation, program planning, and treatment to restore function, relieve pain, promote healing, prevent disability, and/or facilitate adaptation to permanent disability.
- Review patient referrals and medical records.
- Contribute to performance improvement and quality management tasks.
- Participate in patient and student education.
- Assist in the orientation of new employees and volunteers.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
- A current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Texas issued by the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR).

- Salary range: $89,000 (minimum) - $111,000 (midpoint) - $133,000 (maximum).
