Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to create and begin individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes
- Deliver hands-on therapy following established clinical protocols and care standards
- Record patient progress, treatment findings, and instructions for patients and their caregivers
- Oversee and supervise care delivered by therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians
- Develop a detailed plan of care, set measurable goals, and design a full treatment program based on evaluations
- Carry out prescribed therapy interventions and administer necessary therapeutic procedures
- Maintain clear and professional communication with patients, families, physicians, and insurance providers
