Responsibilities
- Collaborate with patients to understand their physical health and reported symptoms
- Evaluate mobility issues and create individualized care plans
- Instruct patients in the correct application of therapeutic exercise methods
- Apply massage or stimulation techniques to support recovery
- Help patients learn to use assistive devices such as walkers or wheelchairs
- Document patient progress, goals, and treatment details accurately
- Guide patients and their families on home-based therapies and exercises
