Responsibilities
- Assess and manage orthopedic and sports-related injuries
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and movement re-education
- Apply manual therapy techniques when they contribute to better patient outcomes
- Make independent clinical judgments rather than strictly adhering to set protocols
- Complete documentation efficiently within the workday without carrying tasks home
Requirements
- Current or pending physical therapy license in Washington State
- Effective communication abilities and a proactive learning mindset
