Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes
- Analyze physician referrals and patient medical histories to determine appropriate therapy interventions
- Deliver hands-on therapy in accordance with established clinical protocols and care standards
- Record patient progress, clinical findings, and instructions given to patients and caregivers
- Supervise and oversee care delivered by therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians
- Develop detailed plans of care, including measurable goals and structured treatment programs
- Carry out prescribed therapy programs and administer necessary therapeutic treatments
- Maintain clear and professional communication with patients, families, physicians, and insurers
- Ensure all documentation is completed promptly, including evaluations, progress notes, and incident reports
