Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility to determine treatment starting points.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and individualized care plans aimed at reducing pain and enhancing functional outcomes.
  • Instruct patients, relatives, and support staff in proper body alignment, movement techniques, and home-based exercise programs to support healing and reduce re-injury risks.
  • Document evaluations, ongoing progress, and discharge strategies accurately and promptly in electronic health records, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with medical providers, rehabilitation specialists, and care teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered treatment.
