Responsibilities
- Carry out individualized pediatric therapy plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists, delivering hands-on care through therapeutic exercises, neuromotor training, manual techniques, and modality use suited to young patients.
- Observe and record patient development consistently, communicate clinical findings to the supervising therapist, and instruct families and caregivers on treatment procedures, home-based activities, and adaptive strategies.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation of all therapy sessions and patient reactions, following organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate actively with supervising physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, ABA specialists, and support personnel to deliver integrated, coordinated care.

Responsibilities

- Closely monitor and document patient progress. Report clinical observations to the Physical Therapist and educate families/caregivers on treatment protocols, home exercises, and adaptive techniques.
- Maintain pristine, timely documentation of patient treatments and behavioral responses in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Partner closely with supervising PTs, fellow therapists (OT, SLP, ABA), and support staff to ensure seamlessly coordinated care.
