Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans for patients as directed by the physical therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, movement retraining, and strength-building activities
- Track patient progress and relay updates to the physical therapist
- Support exercise progression using measurable data and clinical insights
- Collaborate with physical therapists and aides to ensure smooth patient care and high-quality service
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation throughout the workday
Requirements
- Must be a certified Physical Therapy Assistant
- Work in close collaboration with the physical therapist and clinic leader
