CRS Home Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a PRN position serving patients in their homes. You'll provide quality care with minimal travel between patient visits, focusing on delivering effective therapy in a home health setting.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Maintain effective documentation and communication for patient care.
- Work independently with a high degree of responsibility.

- Responsibility and an extreme ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Axxess and TherapyBoss software or willingness to train on them.
