TMC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with physical limitations or injuries. Your primary focus will be developing personalized treatment plans to restore function, alleviate pain, and improve mobility for our patients.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive assessments through clinical examination and diagnostic tests to identify impairments and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based guidelines.
- Perform manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization and soft tissue mobilization to address musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
- Prescribe therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and neuromuscular re-education exercises to enhance strength and motor control.
- Apply treatment modalities for pain management and closely monitor patient responses.
- Guide patients through functional mobility training, gait training, and activities of daily living (ADL) retraining.
What We're Looking For
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.
