Comprehensive Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to serve as a healthcare leader within our team. You will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality care that guides patients on their path to recovery.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs.
- Create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving patient goals.
- Directly provide hands-on treatment according to the established plan.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensure to practice physical therapy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in outpatient settings.
