TMC is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with physical limitations or injuries, developing personalized plans to restore function, alleviate pain, and improve mobility. What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments through clinical examination and diagnostic tests to identify impairments and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Perform manual therapy techniques, such as joint mobilization and soft tissue mobilization, to address musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
- Prescribe therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and neuromuscular re-education exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, and motor control.
- Apply treatment modalities for pain management, monitoring patient responses and adjusting parameters as necessary.
- Guide patients through functional mobility training, gait training, and activities of daily living (ADL) retraining.
What We're Looking For
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.
