Responsibilities
- Evaluate senior residents' physical conditions, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility.
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and custom treatments to enhance functionality and alleviate pain.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on safe body mechanics.
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic records of evaluations, daily notes, and progress tracking in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Partner closely with community care providers and the permanent therapy staff to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
