CrowdGen by Appen is seeking a Phonetic Transcription specialist for Spanish language data as part of Project Swan. In this role, you will perform detailed phonetic transcription tasks to support language technology development.
What You'll Do
- Perform accurate phonetic transcription tasks on Spanish language data sets.
- Follow project-specific guidelines and quality standards for transcription.
- Contribute to the success of Project Swan by delivering high-quality linguistic data.
What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience with phonetic transcription or a strong background in linguistics.
- Ability to work independently as a contractor and meet project deadlines.
- Must be located in Spain.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates in Spain. The role is structured as a project-based independent contractor engagement.
