Impact Clients is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our revenue engine. This role focuses on qualifying low-volume, high-quality hot leads who have already invested in our products. You will build relationships and position premium upsells, working directly with closers and leadership to maximize conversions.
What You'll Do
- Work a low volume of high-quality, inbound hot leads.
- Build and manage a qualified buyers list for premium upsells.
- Qualify leads, build rapport, and position higher-ticket offers effectively.
- Work closely with closers and leadership to maximize deal flow.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, an SDR role, or appointment setting.
- Confidence dialing and speaking with prospects.
- Comfort handling objections and positioning upsells.
- Highly organized with accurate CRM and list management.
- Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented mindset.
- A strong, clear communicator with a professional phone presence.
- A reliable remote setup with stable internet and a quiet workspace.
