Impact Clients is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our revenue engine. This role focuses on qualifying low-volume, high-quality hot leads who have already invested in our products. You will build relationships and position premium upsells, working directly with closers and leadership to maximize conversions.

What You'll Do

  • Work a low volume of high-quality, inbound hot leads.
  • Build and manage a qualified buyers list for premium upsells.
  • Qualify leads, build rapport, and position higher-ticket offers effectively.
  • Work closely with closers and leadership to maximize deal flow.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, an SDR role, or appointment setting.
  • Confidence dialing and speaking with prospects.
  • Comfort handling objections and positioning upsells.
  • Highly organized with accurate CRM and list management.
  • Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • A strong, clear communicator with a professional phone presence.
  • A reliable remote setup with stable internet and a quiet workspace.

Nice to Have

  • High-ticket or consultative sales experience.
