The Pennsylvania State University - University Health Services is seeking a Pharmacy Services Associate to act as a first-line liaison for internal and external customers. You will provide high-quality service and communication while supporting the administrative functions of the pharmacy office.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality service and communication to a diverse customer base in person, by phone, email, fax, or mail.
- Respond to routine inquiries and service needs, ensuring appropriate resolution or referral.
- Process various financial transactions and forms; assist in maintaining inventory records.
- Operate a range of equipment and computer systems to support pharmacy operations.
- Identify and report unusual situations or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Offer general administrative and operational support to the office.
What We're Looking For
- A General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School Diploma.
- No prior relevant work experience is required; previous relevant work experience is accepted in lieu of education.
- No specific certifications are required.

- Compensation range: $34,800.00 - $50,500.00.
