General Motors LLC is looking for a Chevrolet Remote Dealer Contact for the South Central Region to manage and engage Chevrolet dealers through remote communication. You will act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, and partners, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and dealer support as we work toward a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion.
What You'll Do
- Act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, and additional GM Partners.
- Grow and foster partnerships.
- Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met.
- Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities.
- Monitor Dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives.
- Assist with Dealership inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing.
- Analyze Dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities.
- Increase sales of GM vehicles and Accessory parts to its customers.
- Assist in customer problem resolution.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ years in sales and customer service.
- Able to perform well in a hybrid office environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10%) to visit dealers in person.
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
