Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a motivated Credit Control Specialist to join our finance team. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and written communication
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of outstanding issues
- Prepare regular reports on account status and collection efforts
- Escalate problematic accounts as necessary within company policy
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in credit control, collections, or a similar finance role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
